  • Fit4Mom is a national group with classes and activities aimed at helping moms feel better about themselves by getting involved with physical activities including stroller-based fitness programs for new moms and programs for soon-to-be moms and veteran moms to stay in shape.
  • Postpartum depression affects one in eight new moms. Postpartum Support International has information about postpartum depression as well as resources to help.
  • Postpartum Support Virginia is a local source of support for women suffering from postpartum depression.
