Psychological testing and evaluations refer to the tools our providers use to measure and assess a client’s behavior in order to arrive at an accurate diagnosis. This diagnosis is used to develop the best treatment plan for each individual patient. There are many types of tests and evaluative methods including but not limited to questionnaires, informal tests and surveys, medical records, as well as observational data.
Your provider will help determine which of these is needed to best address your specific needs.
After you complete the intake process and the initial visit and evaluation your provider will make recommendations which may include additional testing.
You will also receive referrals to any other providers or services that are included in your treatment plan. And, you will be informed of the plan for follow-up medication management appointments in our office.
