We look forward to seeing you and helping you at UVA Behavioral Health Manassas. You can start the intake process by calling our intake line at 703-369-8055 (choose option 1) between 8:30 a.m. and noon or 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
You will speak to one of our Master's-prepared intake coordinators. These professionals will listen to your concerns and determine if our office can help you; if you need a higher level of care or more immediate care, they will direct you to emergency medical services or other resources.
If it is determined that you can benefit from seeing a provider in our office, your intake coordinator will help you make an appointment as soon as possible. Calling for a family member or friend
If you are concerned about the mental health of a family member or friend, we encourage you to speak to our intake coordinators. They will assess the situation and help you determine if emergency personnel need to be contacted or if your loved one should visit an emergency room.
We will need to speak to any adult patient before making an appointment for them; if they are unwilling to visit us, we cannot make them. However, we can give you the information you need to talk to them and make them understand that help is available.
If you are concerned about a friend or family member, please do not hesitate to call.
